About
I’m a PhD student in Biostatistics at the University of Arizona, working at the intersection of algorithmic fairness, missing data methods, and public health data science. Before Arizona, I earned an MS in Statistics from Western Michigan University and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Mines and Technology (Ghana), and spent several years as a survey biostatistician with the Ghana Statistical Service on national census and health-survey operations.
My dissertation develops game-theoretic frameworks for detecting hidden subgroup bias in clinical prediction models. Alongside that, I collaborate with Africa CDC on public health emergency management capacity building, and with Arizona’s Department of Health Services on HIV surveillance data infrastructure.
